Who is Sophie Pascoe you may ask? Sophie Pasoce is a Paralympic and she has won many medals of different colours in her swimming career. She has won 4-9 gold medals and 1 silver.  Sophie Pascoe lost her left leg in an accident with a lawnmower and she went to Rio in 2016 for the Paralympic Games and has won gold medals and silver along with bronze since then.

Lisa is also a Members of the New Zealand Order of Merit for being really amazing at canoeing and her leadership. She has 5 gold medals. She goes to Massey University. Shout out to Lisa Carrington! She and the NZ Olympians are really trying their best out there. So shout out to you guys you are amazing! Keep up the good work!
