The amazing gymnastic lady

Welcome to my blog, my name is Jade and I'm 8 year's old.

 Handstand against the wall

 forward roll

Balancing beam

This term is a sandpit term. We have been learning about doing balancing on the beam.  Some people got to show parents how to do a walk on the beam.  It was fun.  The parents were amazed by it. We have been learning how to do a forward roll without using our hands.  We are learning how to do a handstand against the wall.  Some people were good at it. Now we are learning how to jump over a  box, which is about 2/3 as high as me.

Gymnastics is great.

  5. Hi Jade
This is a really great blog post. I like the title you have chosen, you do look like an amazing gymnast. I also like the way you have displayed the photos and added an explanation about what you are doing.
You look very confident on the beam, was it hard to get up on it?
What was your favourite gymnastic activity?

  6. Good morning Jade. When I first looked at your first photo I was wondering what it was of. Then I read that it's you doing a handstand against the wall. Well done. In the 2nd photo you are doing a forward roll. Are you doing this at home? It's good to see you are putting in a lot of practise. Doing gymnastics can be pretty tricky. Well done for trying it. I was never very good at the box when we have gymnastics at school.
