Zones of regulation


  We have 4 zones of regulation. When we are in one of these zones we have a plan. If we are in the red zone we can do squeezing lemons and dragon fire breathing. When we are in different zones we can have a walk or talk to a friend.

  1. Hi Jade.I have heard about these zones.I have also seen posters around the school.I have used some of the techniques that you have mentioned.I usually use the 'squeezing lemons'.This worked well with the child.What does the yellow zone mean?Would I be happy?I look forward to your reply.

    1. Well Miss Clifford the green zone is the one that is the happy zone and the sad zone is the blue zone it makes you feel very sad
