Perimeter and area

Good afternoon readers,

Today I am going to tell you guys about perimeter and area. Perimeter is the outside and the area is the inside. If a box is 4 cm on one side and 2 cm on the bottom length, we put 4 cm on the other side and we put 2cm on the top length so to get to the perimeter will did 2 + 4 +2+4=12. Please enjoy reading. Today I am going to my best friend's house we are having a sleepover. We are going swimming and going to visit Lydia's grandma. Her name is Paulina. She is really nice they have two dogs and one cat. The two dogs are girl and Jessie is a boy. The girls names are Gizzy and Milly. They all ways  barked at cars coming into the house they are really fun and cute. Lydia's Mum and Dad names are Katie and Michael. My Mum and Dad know them and my Mum and Dad's names are Nga and Michael just like Lydia's Dad's name. Please enjoy reading. Yesterday we were learning about not to tell but to show your audience about no telling them what happen we had to show them instead of telling them. Then we change the weak words in to really interesting action words. We are working about how to make are sentences have to be believable and descriptive.

Strong narrative

Today I am going to be talking about what writing we have been doing in Term 2. This Term we are learning about strong narratives. A strong narrative has to be believe descriptive and consistent.We can describe the setting and characters.

She sat down on the uncomfortable concrete floor she found it really uncomfortable.

Samoan language week

This week we have done Tapa cloth it was Samoan language week thats why we did we had done some research about Tapa cloths and we found out that Tapa cloths are use for rugs or putting them on your wall for decorations and we have been watching some video about Samoan people doing some Tapa cloths different way from the originals.
